Matchmaking
Matchmaking System
In our game's matchmaking system, the amount of money a player bets in each match is not chosen by the players themselves but is instead determined by their rank within the game.
There are seven distinct ranks, each associated with a specific range of "Pip Points" (PP) – points that define the threshold for advancing to the next rank.
PPs Acquisition and Loss
Winning a Match: Victories award 28 PPs (Pip Points), advancing rank progression.
Losing a Match: Defeats deduct 20 PPs, potentially impacting rank.
Each rank also corresponds to a set amount of money that players wager in their matches, as detailed below:
Bronze Rank
400 PP
$1 Bid per match
Sapphire Rank
800 PP
$5 Bid per match
Ruby Rank
1,400 PP
$10 Bid per match
Emerald Rank
2,000 PP
$25 Bid per match
Gold Rank
2,600 PP
$50 Bid per match
Platinum Rank

Black Rank

Buffer Mechanism for Rank Demotion
To ensure a fair and balanced progression system, our platform incorporates a buffer mechanism specifically designed to prevent immediate demotion after a single loss.
This mechanism is crucial for maintaining player engagement and motivation, providing a safety net for his ranks that allows players to recover and strategize for future matches.
How the Buffer Works:
Increased Pip Points Range: Before a player is downgraded to a lower rank, their PP range is temporarily increased by 100 Pip Points. This adjustment gives players a chance to recover and potentially regain their standing within their current rank.
Downgrade Moment: If a player is about to be downgraded, they need to lose over 101 pips from the bottom of their current rank to be relegated. For example, a player at the Ruby rank with 1400 Pip Points would need to fall below 1299 PP (considering the 100-PP buffer) to be downgraded to Sapphire.
Application: This buffer is applied only before the downgrade moment. It does not affect the requirements for ascending to higher ranks.
This buffer mechanism ensures that players have a fair chance to maintain their rank, encouraging continued participation and effort in the game.
Premium Pass Advantage
The Premium Pass is an ideal option for players looking to maximize their gaming experience and competitive edge right from the start.
For new players seeking an accelerated start or existing players looking to bypass the initial ranks, our Premium Pass offers a significant advantage. Priced at $500, the Premium Pass is designed to enhance the gaming experience from the outset.
Benefits of the Premium Pass:
Immediate Ruby Rank: Holders of the Premium Pass start directly at the Ruby rank, allowing them to engage in higher-stakes matches from the beginning.
Game Balance Credit: The pass adds $500 to the player's game balance, which can be used across the platform for entering matches, purchasing in-game items, or accessing special features.
Strategic Advantage: Starting at a higher rank with additional game balance provides a strategic advantage, enabling players to compete in more lucrative matches and potentially accelerate their progression through the ranks.
